Start in Marigot

Have breakfast on the French side, then check in with Voyager at the Marigot ferry terminal. Voyager advises passengers to present booking and valid identity documents in time for check-in and boarding; its published guidance says boarding begins around 20 minutes before departure unless otherwise stated.

The day-trip sailing

The currently published Voyager timetable shows a morning Marigot departure around 8:50 AM Tuesday–Sunday, arriving Gustavia around 9:50 AM. Monday's published morning trip is earlier, around 8:20 AM. The regular day-trip return is around 5:30 PM from Gustavia, reaching Marigot about 6:30 PM. Schedules are subject to change, so use the live booking system for the travel date.

What does Voyager cost?

Voyager sells different classes and the fare shown depends on the travel date and booking choice, so the article deliberately does not hard-code a price that can become stale. Use the official booking engine for the live fare and seat availability.

Your St. Barts day

Walk Gustavia harbour and the historic centre. Voyager's dock is in the heart of town.
Walk to Shell Beach for a swim; it is one of the easiest day-trip beaches from the ferry.
Lunch. Browse SBH Eats for restaurants rather than locking yourself to one choice.
Take a taxi, rental or guided island tour toward St. Jean and the airport viewpoint, or stay in Gustavia and shop.
Return toward the ferry area with time for a final drink or shopping stop.

Staying on the Dutch side?

This article follows Voyager from Marigot. If you are staying on the Dutch side, Island Hopper should compare the road transfer to Marigot with a Philipsburg departure such as Great Bay Express when service is operating on your date.
